Drippin Detox Wellness Services Liability & Assumption of Risk Agreement

Purpose

This Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement applies to participation in wellness and recovery services provided by Drippin Detox.

​

These services may include, but are not limited to, Infrared sauna therapy, red light therapy, Halotherapy (salt therapy), PEMF therapy, compression therapy, and other recovery or relaxation services.

​

These services are intended for general wellness, relaxation, and recovery purposes and are not medical treatments or medical advice.

​

Assumption of Risk

I understand that wellness services such as sauna use, red light therapy, halotherapy, PEMF therapy, and compression therapy involve inherent risks.

 

These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Dehydration

• Dizziness or lightheadedness

• Temporary discomfort or fatigue

• Skin sensitivity

• Changes in circulation or body temperature

I voluntarily choose to participate in these services and assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation.

Health Responsibility

I confirm that I am responsible for evaluating my own physical condition and determining whether participation in wellness services is appropriate for me. I agree to consult a physician prior to participation if I have any medical concerns, conditions, or questions regarding my ability to safely participate.

I agree to inform Drippin Detox staff of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, implants, medications, or other factors that may affect my participation.

 

Release of Liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Drippin Detox, its owners, employees, contractors, and af liates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in wellness services, including any injury, illness, or damages that may occur.

This release applies whether such injury or damages arise from negligence or any other cause, except where prohibited by law.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Drippin Detox staff. I understand that failure to follow instructions or misuse of equipment may increase the risk of injury.

​

I acknowledge that I may stop a session at any time if I feel discomfort or unsafe.

​

Photography and Media (Optional)

From time to time, Drippin Detox may request permission to capture photos or videos within the wellness space for marketing for promotional purposes. Such participation is optional and will only occur with explicit consent.

Acknowledgment

By participating in services at Drippin Detox, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this agreement and voluntarily accept the terms outlined above.
